Qi means life energy. Gong means work or method. Qigong is a practice we use to strengthen, stimulate, and open-up the nervous system, he muscular system, and get the blood circulating. The use of Qigong in life helps the mind to be calm, flexible, and focused. It helps to improve physical and mental balance and breathing. You become like water, formless, shapeless, and adaptable to all forms. In this practice, it is the fluidity that matters. Qigong teaches you to be mindful. It is moving meditation that opens up the systems 0f the body and mind to let consciousness and life flow. Join me in the practice of Qigong.
