Coaching is a professional relationship between a coach and a client to help one achieve change, and optimal wellbeing. Coaching may focus on areas of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, academic, or financial health. Coaching provides the tools to enable the discovery of one’s life direction. It aims to provide guidance, motivation, accountability, and inspiration. All of my Coaching programs are designed to help reduce the stressors in your life, help you release emotional baggage, and replace all those bad habits with good, healthy habits. Overall wellness is the optimum goal of any Coaching program. Building the foundations to support a strong and balanced body, mind, and spirit. That is one of the reasons my Coaching Programs include meditation and breathwork. The one-on-one sessions are for those that want to dive deeper into the individual part of themselves. The group sessions are for those that might get more out of group dynamic. Appointments are available by phone and online through Zoom and Facebook.
1-On-1 Sessions:
Just you and I, open and honest dialogue about all the things revolving around you and your life. All sessions are about 45 minutes long and each set of sessions (3-month period) will include a meditation, a breathwork session, and a journal that you can keep for daily writing and reflection. We will check in with one another weekly.

Group Sessions:
Every season I set up a 4, 6 or 8-week course in which a group is brought together for a webinar or a group session that focuses on one key aspect of life coaching. During the course, we will meet once weekly and journey through a workbook that will bring about growth.
