WORKOUT SESSION GROUPS

All workout session groups include diet, health and nutrition discussions and menus, as well as conversations with a life coach around goals. We will do a breathwork session and a meditation before getting started. All costs are per a 3-month period. You can choose between a 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute session set.

  • 30-minute weightlifting workout 3 times a week (push/pull/legs).
