When I speak of Yoga to others, I like to describe it as the body moving in sync with a mind already in a relaxed state of meditation. Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscle, it combines strengthening and stretching poses that give the complete body a workout. Yoga is the union of the body, mind, and the spirit.
