Please pick a date in which you would like to start and purchase the session set. The number of days does not matter, we can work that out when I contact you for our program set up session.

Breath is life. Plain and simple, without breath, we do not exist. Over the years, breathwork has come to the forefront because the quality of breath is important. Let’s meet and discuss the quality of your breath.
These 30-minute breathwork sessions include:
a 5-minute introductory Coaching session in order to set intention of each session.
10 30-minute breathwork sessions done on a weekly basis for 10 weeks.
A 10-minute Re-integration/Relaxation session after each session.
A time period for Questions, thoughts, anything you would like to share about the experience.
A 30-minute Meditation at the last session.
Homework assignments – helping you to integrate breathwork into your everyday life
and a Journal.
