The use of Qigong in life helps the mind to be calm, flexible, and focused. It helps to improve physical and mental balance and breathing. You become like water, formless, shapeless, and adaptable to all forms. In this practice, it is the fluidity that matters. Qigong teaches you to be mindful. It is moving meditation that opens up the systems 0f the body and mind to let consciousness and life flow. Join me in the practice of Qigong.

The Single 30-minute session includes:
A5-minute introductory Coaching Session in order to set intention of the session.
A 10-minute warm-up.
A single 10 to 15-minute Qigong Session – opening the energy system sequence.
A short 10-minute meditation with breathwork to close out the session.
